💰 Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT (if applicable)
• Currency conversions for international customers are managed by your bank or payment provider
• Prices may change due to seasonal campaigns or material updates
• In the event of a pricing error, affected orders may be adjusted or canceled with prior notice

🎁 Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout during valid campaign periods
• Only one code per transaction unless otherwise stated
• Select items (e.g. limited editions, gift sets) may be excluded from discounts
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

🛒 Purchase Limits & Fair Use

To ensure availability for all customers, Lunarhato may:

• Limit the number of items per customer during high-demand launches
• Restrict bulk purchases outside of B2B channels
• Decline orders that violate our usage terms or appear fraudulent

Repeat violations may result in account suspension or refusal of service.

 

📦 Product Availability

• Stock levels are updated in real time
• Handmade items may require additional production time or restocking
• If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified and offered:

• A similar alternative
• A refund
• A later ship date

🛠 Custom orders may take 7–10 working days, depending on the item complexity

 

🧾 Invoicing & Business Orders

Lunarhato offers official invoicing for businesses, stylists, and bulk buyers.

• Request a VAT invoice at checkout or email sales@lunarhato.vn
• Provide your company name, address, tax code (if applicable)
• Invoices are issued within 2–3 business days from order confirmation
• Bulk or custom orders require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed

 

📩 Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of submission
• After dispatch or production start, changes may not be possible
• All modifications should be requested via email or hotline with your order ID
