You may return products purchased from VODPARIZ within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain products, such as customized or special-order items, may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items). If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference, and cover the return shipping costs.
